Leo Warner and Mark Grimmer for 59 Productions

59 Productions specializes in the integration of film and projection technology into live performance and three dimensional spaces, including theatres, galleries and other venues. Directors Leo Warner and Mark Grimmer have close relationships with many of the top producing venues in the UK, Europe and North America including English National Opera, the Royal Opera House and the Metropolitan Opera New York. 59 Productions’ recent work in opera includes Nico Muhly’s Two Boys and Adams’ Doctor Atomic for English National Opera and the Metropolitan Opera, Satyagraha and the 125th Gala Anniversary for the Met, Idomeneo, The Pearl Fishers and Messiah for ENO, and The Minotaur and Salome for the Royal Opera House. Their production of War Horse has appeared at both the National Theater and Lincoln Center Theater.  59 Production’s designs for ballet include Invitus Invitam and The Goldberg Project for the Royal Ballet, and they designed the productions for the world tours of Jonsi’s ‘Go’ and Les Miserables.
